i got a gypsy soul to blame.

Life has been insanely busy! I feel like everything is just flying by but at the same time falling into place. I found out that I'm graduating December 2012 now, which means one more year left of college life and honestly I'm starting to get ready for the next step, next town. Love Athens and all the people in it but my gypsy soul is starting to stir up again. I'm thinking of Chicago or somewhere up north after graduation to go try something different, experience a new culture and get out of my comfort zone. I believe that life begins once we step outside of it :)

Last weekend I went to my old school, Belmont Abbey College in Charlotte, NC where I got to see a bunch of old and great friends. I've realized so much in college how truly blessed I am to have such amazing friendships! It was my friend Katie's 21st so I got to witness her first legal entrance! Birthday girl is in the middle!

After some shopping my best friend Dorothy took me out to lunch to this place called "Pinky's" in Charlotte. The food was outstanding and the place was really eclectic, our outside booth that was in a garage with the door up and we could see the skyline of Charlotte...LOVE THIS CITY!!

I also got to go see my sister and brother-in-law up in Greensboro and play with my sweet little nephew :) but then had to leave early Monday morning to head back to reality of tests and projects. But thank you God that is finally over. Also have an interview lined up with Anthropologie on Tuesday as a Visual Merchandising Intern so I'm crossing my fingers for that, hoping that it works out. Dorothy came to see me this weekend and we had a great time running around Athens and Atlanta together and went to go see Footloose!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Today I was blessed to go witness a charity fashion show for this organization called Agape! It's an organization to help rebuild families who are suffering. They had a fashion show to help raise money and awareness of those less fortunate in the community. I worked the Pure Fashion booth, which is another great organization I've been blessed to be apart of my whole life. It's a faith-based modeling program for young girls to help boost confidence and promote style and dignity in our culture.
