Bruschetta Chicken Sandwich

Tonights dinner was a meal that was being created as I was making it! I cooked a chicken breast in the oven at 350 for 25 mins and used "Trader Joes 21 Seasoning Salute." Before that was almost done I toasted 2 slices of fresh Italian bread with some olive oil. When the chicken came out I then cut it and half, put it on the 2 slices, diced up some tomatoes, drizzled some balsamic vinegar and more olive oil and completed it with some sea salt! Outcome: MARVELOUS!!!
